The marketing analytics team wants to use data-insights to understand how casual riders and annual members use Cyclistic bikes differently and design a new marketing strategy to convert casual riders into annual members.

Perte is a product-focused on helping people discover their potential. Perte developed many tools like personality tests, IQ, EQ tests, then recommend users a way to improve themselves. Perte primary target users include college students and high schoolers who are concerned with their career paths and would like to learn more about themselves.

LogiDrone is a logistic software company that uses drones to deliver. LogiDrone's website initially focused on demoing the main flow that their customers can easily get an overview of the software. LogiDrone's primary target users include businesses who are concerned with their logistic flow and would like to have software to optimize it.

Gubo Steakhouse is a regional steakhouse restaurant located in the center of a metropolitan area. Gubo App strives to deliver healthy food and offers the easiest way for customers to reserve specialty dishes. Gubo targets customers like commuters and workers who lack the time or ability to prepare a family dinner.
Sauce & Spoon
Tablet Rollout
Project management
Sauce & Spoon would like to launch a pilot rollout of tabletop menu tablets at two restaurant locations, Sauce & Spoon North and Sauce & Spoon Downtown. That way, guests can place their orders on the tablets as soon as they arrive at the restaurant, rather than waiting for a server to attend to them.
